This little property in Stourbridge was given a complete re-build. With a budget of around £30,000, we restored a tired, damp Victorian two storey semi-detached house. The front aspect was rendered. The finished product had a tanked cellar room, upstairs and downstairs bathroom, formal dining room, kitchen and living room. Upstairs, we were able to create 3 bedrooms from the original two. An old gas fire was removed downstairs to expose a beautiful arched inglenook with lime pointed brickwork. The entire property was landscaped, with block paving to the front, allowing parking, and a paved patio to the rear which created a sheltered barbeque / entertaining area.

The kitchen was stripped and almost re-built from the ground up. The result is light, modern and spacious, despite being a difficult, narrow room to work with.
