A PCA wally and the lead pipe!

You know when someone calls you with a damp problem, and you just get suspicious... Old Victorian house, wet - soaking wet... and then you dig the old lead pipe out of the wall that the Property Care Association damp wally missed after telling the client it was 'rising damp'....

And you get very wet from the water coming out of the pipe....
