Where we undertake building surveys

Our building survey coverage

Heritage House Survey LLP have a team of 9 surveyor partners. They are based all over the country, and we are now also able to undertake surveys in France.

We break the country roughly into regions between us so we can offer complete coverage. Our main office is in Shropshire.

South East - which covers Kent, the London area, and surrounding counties

South West -  covering the south coast, Hampshire, Cornwall and Devon, Bristol and Brecon.

Midlands - from Reading, up through the Costswolds, across to Bristol, and then up to Gloucester, Worcestershire and surrounding counties.

Welsh Borders - Hereford, Shropshire, Powys, the whole of Wales, Chester, and down througfh the Welsh Valleys to Swansea, Camarthen, and Brecon Beacons.

North Midlands - Northampton, Derbyshire, and across country

North - Lancashire, Yorkshire, East Coast, Cumbria.

Partner qualifications vary - most of us are either RICS or CIOB qualified, but have an array of other backgrounds - we are ALL highly experienced in a practical sense when it comes to old buildings. Our main criteria for being a part of the group is the ability to take an old building apart and re-build it.
